Athletic Trainer

Brendan Czarnecki, ATC

Brendan Czarnecki is a residency-trained athletic trainer with a hands-on, patient-centered approach. He manages all aspects of the clinic’s day-to-day flow including detailed medical history intake, physical examinations, and coordination of imaging, physical therapy, and patient communications. He also assists in the operating room and oversees the clinic’s regenerative medicine program, including PRP, bone marrow aspirate concentrate (BMAC), peptides, and orthobiologic protocol development.

Brendan holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Physiology and a master’s degree in Athletic Training, both from Merrimack College. He began his career working with Division I athletes at the University of New Hampshire before completing a prestigious Athletic Training Residency at The Steadman Clinic, where he trained alongside world-class orthopedic surgeons and specialists. He joined The MASI Clinic in 2024.

Brendan’s care philosophy reflects a concierge-style model grounded in communication, outcomes, and meaningful connection. He takes the time to understand each patient’s unique goals, offering a high-touch experience that blends elite clinical care with genuine human connection.
A former Division I track and field and cross-country athlete, Brendan has since transitioned into endurance sports. He’s a dedicated cyclist and is currently training for upcoming Ironman and triathlon events, giving him first hand insight into the mindset of the athletes and active individuals he works with every day.
