Insurance plans we accept
Our practice accepts many major insurance plans to allow our patients to receive excellent, affordable orthopedic care. We work with our patients and their insurance carrier to ensure the best coverage for their treatment is utilized. Some of the plans we currently accept include:

New plans may be added, and this may not be a complete list of the insurance we accept. It is our goal to help our patients get the care they need and maximize their healthcare coverage to reduce out-of-pocket costs.

To determine whether we accept your insurance at our practice and to learn more about our payment options, contact our team. In many cases, we may already accept your insurance, or can discuss other options for covering your treatment. Our team will work with you to make filing claims easy and simple. Often, we can file your insurance claims for you and check on your coverage to help you manage the cost of your treatment.

General FAQ’s

Please bring:

  • A valid photo ID
  • Insurance card(s)
  • Any relevant medical records or imaging (X-rays, MRI, CT scans) CDs and reports
  • A list of your current medications

A referral is not required for PPO plans. Tricare may require a referral. Please check with your insurance provider or contact our office, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Yes, we offer on-site diagnostic ultrasound however advanced imaging like MRI, CT, X-rays will be referred to your local radiology facility.

We treat a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including:

  • Joint pain (knee, hip, shoulder)
  • Sports injuries
  • Fractures and sprains
  • Arthritis

We provide both surgical and non-surgical options, including:

  • Physical therapy
  • Medication management
  • Injections (e.g., cortisone, torodol)
  • Orthobiologics (e.g., BMAC, PRP)
  • Arthroscopic surgery
  • Joint replacement surgery

Our specialists will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.

We do our best to accommodate urgent needs. Please call our office to inquire about availability for same-day or next-day appointments.

Appointment requests can be submitted online or by calling our office. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

Yes, we treat patients of all ages, mostly 12+ years old, with orthopedic concerns such as sports injuries.
