Performance IV Therapy
Precision-Based Cellular Recovery
Oral supplementation has a fundamental limitation: bioavailability. Even high-quality nutrients absorbed through the gut arrive at cells as a fraction of the original dose, filtered through digestive and hepatic metabolism before they reach the tissues that need them most.
IV therapy bypasses that entirely. Nutrients, antioxidants, amino acids, and cellular cofactors are delivered directly into the bloodstream — achieving plasma concentrations that oral dosing cannot replicate. At therapeutic doses, this difference is not marginal. It is the difference between supporting a process and driving it.
At MASI Clinic, IV therapy is integrated into a comprehensive orthopedic and regenerative medicine program — not offered as a standalone wellness service. Our protocols are designed around specific clinical applications: surgical recovery, mitochondrial restoration, immune defense, anti-inflammatory support, and performance optimization. Every infusion is selected based on where you are in your recovery or performance cycle.
This is clinical performance medicine — rooted in physiology, designed to accelerate recovery while enhancing long-term cellular health.
CELLULAR ENERGY & LONGEVITY
Targeting the mitochondria — the fundamental unit of cellular energy production — these infusions address root-cause fatigue, cognitive decline, and accelerated aging at the level where they actually originate.
How We Approach IV Therapy at MASI Clinic
IV therapy at MASI Clinic is not a menu you order from. It is a clinical recommendation based on where you are — your recovery phase, your training demands, your lab values, and your goals. Our clinical team selects and sequences protocols to achieve specific outcomes, not general wellness.
Both our Santa Cruz and San Jose locations have dedicated IV rooms. Infusions are administered by trained clinical staff in a comfortable, private setting. Most infusions run 45–90 minutes, with the exception of NAD+ which requires 2–4 hours.
“Optimal healing requires optimal cellular inputs. Everything else builds on that foundation.”

The MASI Method
Dr. Masi’s four-pillar approach to healing and performance integrates soul, structure, biology, and mindset. Mana is the life force that encompasses and is at the root of all, inherent in each individual and honoring the deeper connection between spirit, purpose, and healing. The Anatomical pillar focuses on structural care through orthopedic expertise, surgery, and rehabilitation. The Systemic pillar addresses cellular and physiological healing with regenerative therapies such as stem cells, PRP, peptides, and anti-inflammatory protocols. Finally, the Interoception pillar centers on mindset and self-awareness—cultivating belief, agency, and resilience as essential drivers of recovery and long-term performance.
